I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect right on the Mall Road, making it super convenient for exploring the lake and nearby attractions.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, which made the entire experience even more comfortable.
A special mention to Mr. Rajab, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home more like a friend than just hotel staff.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the rooms, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The entire team was very welcoming and provided excellent service. Aayan, the manager, was very helpful and courteous. Captain Bhuvam Bhist was also very nice and attentive. The staff, especially Hritrik, were friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Overall, we really loved the hospitality and services provided.
