I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect right on the Mall Road, making it super convenient for exploring the lake and nearby attractions.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, which made the entire experience even more comfortable.
A special mention to Mr. Rajab, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home more like a friend than just hotel staff.
The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nainital for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very amazing and wonderful hotel on a very good budget. Main thing tha location of this hotel and the view from the terrace is amazing u will see the entire view of lake and also naina devi mata temple. Food is also delicious 😋. Highly recommended for the tourist .
and also the cab provided by the hotel for my whole trip was very neat and clean and in genuine price . Tq vashu bhai and all the staffs of the hotels for the entire journey.

Good stay at excel hotel, mall road, Nanital. Really enjoyed the view from the hotel, good hospitality 😊. We also opted for dinner from here and food was so good 😍 thanks for the Chef Hemant, excellent hospitality services from Krishna and Aman 😃. Both the breakfast and Dinner was taste the best, better than eating from outside.

Good experience at excel hotels nainital , Mr. Vasu helped us in all the ways . Overall experience was so good , perfect ambience and location . Just front view lake was mesmerizing. Travelled with a three year old , hassle free because of Mr vasu and the hotel .

The location was perfect . Situated on the mall road.We have done our lunch & dinner which was so tasty. We also tried the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of options.
Overall, I highly recommend hotel Excel for anyone visiting. I will definitely be back!
